This was the rear fold and tumble seat from my '03 Wrangler Sahara - had it in the Jeep for about 2 weeks before pulling it out for a large toolbox and have never put it back in. Since then it's been stored inside, so the condition is great. It has the original hardware (hooks / bars) that were attached to the seat itself. It also has the tub attachment hardware and lower seat belt attachments (no bolts, gotta have something to plug the holes

In 2003 the Sahara Trim model only had ‘Khaki’ interiors, this is from a site and you can see it at the bottom (but I don’t think that’s quitethe cloth color itself):
