NO. It's strictly a trim option. They have a different interior detail and exterior trim detail. The doors have a saddlebag, the seats are usually a sand or spice color, matching top, etc.... Under the skirt it's the same as every other Wrangler that year.
TJ Wranglers: 97-06
Base model-S or SE, 2.5 l I4, No stock buttons or whistles
Sport: 4.0l I6, few more buttons and whistles
Sahara: A Sport with more of the buttons and whistles mentioned above, cruise, fog light, interior etxc.
Rubicon- 2003-2006 Factory "Off Road" version, beefier.
