Everytime I get a hard rain, my rear floorboards are soaked. I do not see the windows down, nor do I see water anywhere, but the floorboards are so wet, I have to pull the drain plugs and wetvac the carpet. I have a 2007 4 door Unlimited X. Any suggestions would really be appreciated.

My 2011 JKL had the same issue. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the door seals. I also had a leak on the front doors and they added some foam.

Hard top or soft top?
Hard tops sometimes have a leak from the door seals at the freedom panels that makes its way to the B pillar and down behind the plastic where the shoulder harness is to the floor.
I have not had this problem but I think it is where the little stick on foam pads are in the corners of the top panels.
