I've seen some in decent condition going for a $1,000 and some amazing looking ones going for three to four times that.

I'm thinking of buying cheep and just working on it.

I was thinking of just getting the trailer and building my own. It would be much nicer and custom and probably much cheaper.

That's one of the routes I'm considering.

I have a relative with a trailer they never use so I may be ably to get off them on the cheap.

now that I think about it I think one of my friends has one of these sitting behind his yard. Not entirely sure, but i vaguely remember seeing a glimmer of a teardrop trailer shining in the sunset...

I love them, I wanted to live in one and travel at one time but then I got married and started having kids.

There are plenty of web sites with free plans on how to build one.
It only takes time, money, more time more money more time more money....
Kinda' like a Jeep only different.
