I've seen all kinds of kits from $89(new perches, plates, and u-bolts) to $300 (for a full bolt-on kit from M.O.R.E.) any suggestions for what type would be best. '93 YJ,4.0 has a 4" lift already.

There will a lot more to it then what those kits are coming with that I know of.

You will need some sort of high steer set up, extended brake lines, Anti wrap bar if you are going to do any wheeling. SYE and new driveshaft and there is probably a little more that I am forgetting.

I think if done right you will end up spending over a grand to accomplish it.

I really like what they do to a jeep but I would not skimp on anything in the process.

^ he meant "wouldn't skimp".
About $1500 is what it will cost to do it right. I did a bunch of research on it a while back.
You can sell your 4 inch lift and get some stock springs. The 4 inch springs will put you way too high.
