Take a crayon and run the crayon up and down the zippers. The wax will loosen them up. We do it to our yj and tj all the time. Candle wax also works.

I use Candle Wax... Since it won't go away so easily after a rain storm. My soft door windows leak water in.
My Bestop to soft upper windows when I had half doors, did the same exact thing.
