If you live or visit the area I strongly recomend you do not go there for anything.

My story,

I have bought three vehicles from them all certified used and bought the extended warranty and every time I asked if the 100,000 mile warranty was void at 100,000 miles or if it was 100,000 miles from what was on the vehicle when I bought it and every time I was told that it was added to what was already on the vehicle. So I would read it back saying ok so this car has 30,000 miles on it now so the warranty wont expire until it hits 130,000 miles and they said correct.

So today I take in one of the vehicles because the heater door flap motor thing went out and I get a call saying that the car was out of warranty? It is supposed to have another 9,000 miles left on it. I go in and talk to the manager for a couple hours back and fourth andthe GM decides that they would never lie to me and that they have never had a warranty like this and pointed out the fine print on my paperwork where it showed I was wrong.

I explained that yes it does say that but I was told otherwise and in my business your word is what is kept. I let them know that it is not about the money but the principle that they lied to me to get me to buy a warranty and are not holding up there end of the bargain. After going back and forth they came back and offered to take 50 bucks of the bill of 1200. I declined and this is where I am now, stuck with a broken down car and a dealership that is ok with scamming people to get what they want.

I've heard several stories about Elsinore Ford. When we owned a Furd we always took it to Rancho Turd in Femecula. Never had any problems.

I bought my Avalanche next door at LE Chevy. When my warranty ran out I started using Paradise Chevy in Temecula. Much better service department. I have never had anything major wrong with it but the routine maintenance. The customer service in Temecula is much better than LE. JMHO.
