I start my 91 Wrangler V6 4.0 10 minutes before I have to leave for work... but if its 20 degrees or lower outside, I can put in reverse and drive all day but when I put it in 1st gear it doesnt want to roll fwd... Once I get it rolling I can still feel resistance but it does loosen up about .25 miles in. ANY ideas on what this is and how to fix it? Thanks!

Change your tranny fluid and filter. It sounds like the fluid is making the pump and servo valves stick. You may even consider taking it to an oil change place that can V-tech it. They hook a machine to it and flush it.
