I just went to Home Depot and bought some pulleys, big S hooks, and rope and made my own. It's heavy tho'. So I doubled up the pulleys top and bottom for more leverage. And, my hard top has a roof rack so that made it even easier to hook on to. I added a couple straps to the rafters to wrap around it for safety.
I will see if I can find the write-up for a really cool home built lift I saw.
Harbor Freight has a cheapy little winch that you could mount to the wall to do the lifting for you.
