So I don't know where to post this but I have tons of bubbles in my fuild what is the cause

If the trans is slipping, it's bad. Get it checked out before you drive it any more. You could burn it up.

The fluid is full and it doesn't smell like burnt oil. It only slips going from 2 to 3rd gear

Did you have the trans in Park or Neutral? A lot of Mopars need it in N or it gets foamy. That's the easy part. The bad part is, if it is slipping, it's broke. There just isn't a lot of friction material on the band and clutch plates these days. Just takes a few slips and you get mucho heat and warped plates. It may continue to work for some time, but I wouldn't trust it. JMTCW.
