I'll start, here is my basic BBQ pork recipe.

Pork picnic roast/ Shoulder cut into strips
One onion cut into slices
Bottle of your favorite sauce (I make my own)
One cup brown sugar if you ar using a sweet sauce.

Boil onion and pork for 1-1/2 hours.
Mix sauce and brown sugar.
Put pork strips in sauce (be careful because they may want to fall apart)
toss on grill for 15-20 minutes on med (enough to carmelize sauce and sugar)
Take off and eat.

Chicken Chili lime burgers.

Boneless chicken breast
two anehiem Chili's (or a small can of diced green chili's for the lazy)
two small limes

Grind up chicken in a meat grinder and put in bowl
Grill anahiem chili's until clear skin layer peels off easily.
Peel and chop upchili's
Squeeze limes into chicken and add chili's and mix.
Make patties and set in freezer for at least 20 minutes or until firm.
Toss on grill and cook away, top with pepper jack cheese and whatever else you want.

I skipped breakfast, now I'm regretting it.

I'll have to give this a try.

Will ground turkey work just as well?

It will but it tastes better with chicken but if you don't have a grinder it is a lot easier to get ground turkey.

What does the grill master Chef Chris recommend I set my burner temp to for Kirkland Beef Patties?

Keep a water spray bottle handy. Those are really high fat content and light your grill on fire, then they cook too fast.
Low and slow until they are almost finished, then turn up the heat to sear them.

Chris, you told me to keep reminding you.... Sushi 6pm. AND... I forgot the RC car parts that were on your dune buggy seat. AND, the fuel is $25 per gallon. I hope it get's good mileage. :)

I normally try to cook them on medium temp for about 6-8 mins on one side, then flip and do 6-8 mins, then do about 5 mins per side until they are ready for cheddar cheese.

How little is she? That could be part of the problem.

Looks good but would be better if the cheese was melted.

More important, how did it taste?
