Well my heat/air only works on the 1st and 2nd speed selection. However, it does work on the very last one if I hold the switch... It seems absolutely positively retarded. Presidential level retardation.

Probably the blower motor resistor pack in the heater box under the glovebox. Really easy to replace, I did mine last winter for under $30
