Due to other priorities, I do not have the money to take the next step with this Jeep and I could really benefit by some other 4x4 vehicle that gets better gas mileage and is more maneuverable in the snow.

Everything will go with the deal. Spare parts, parts that I have removed, etc. I also have TJ fender flares for the rear I haven't had a chance to put on yet. I also have Rugged Ridge pocket flares for the rear. Also have one more brand new KM2 that has a patch in it. Should hold air. I have more parts (half door shells in mint condition, etc) that all go with it.
The vehicle is solid and tracks straight down the road. It idles a bit rough but the motor is still strong for what it is. Oil has been changed every 3000 miles and it is now running Rotella T6 Synthetic. It has seemed to quiet and smooth up the motor a bit. I did a tuneup about a year ago and all fluids have been changed pretty recently. This was a mint California Jeep with pretty much no rust on it when I bought it. CARFAX is clean. Everything is still good on it. Recently changed the steering box, starter and alternator. I DD'd this truck for about 2 years and never had a single problem with it. I made tons of trips to Toledo and back and it ran wonderfully.
All this thing needs is a stronger motor or a regear and an upgraded rear end and it is good to go. I haven't really beat on it at all but I have taken it through its paces offroad and it hasn't faltered yet.
